A sliding scale approach enables you to engage in our services and expertise based on your annual budget and size. This is a great way to ensure that the non-profit organizations in our community, which may be managing with limited resources, can still access the same services.​​

We offer flexible service packages ranging from individual coaching sessions to comprehensive team workshops or organizational solutions. Whether you're looking to enhance leadership effectiveness or equip your entire team with the skills to navigate your business, we have a solution that works for you.
Our sliding scale based on your annual operating budget

What we need from you
To provide you with the best rate for our services and maintain fair pricing under our sliding-scale pricing model, we’ll ask you to confirm your organization's annual operating budget and staff size. You will also be asked to provide financial documentation and verification of your organization’s non-profit status.
